Students registering for Athletics must have a current WIAA Medical Eligibility Form on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals/alternate year cards must be completed and submitted prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed physicals or Alternate Year Cards can be dropped off in the main office, uploaded into the online registration form, or scanned/emailed to Indian Trail Athletics.
